**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years experience in client support, success, or retention role, preferably in a similar technical industry environment, preferred.**
**- A high level of awareness and interpersonal intelligence**
**- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels of internal and external clients**
