**Trial**Capabilities** Manager/Lead**

**¿Cómo es el día a día de esta posición?**
- Proporcionar habilidades, dirección, apoyo y liderazgo para el desarrollo de estudios clínicos en México**,**centrándose en los resultados e impulsando la eficiencia para alcanzar las metas y los objetivos
- Incentivar una cultura de mejora continua para impulsar la eficiencia a través de la mejora de procesos, las habilidades interpersonales y el aprendizaje compartido
- Priorizar, la planificar y la ejecutar los estudios clínicos asignados
- Garantizar que los centros de investigación cumplan con los requisitos para iniciar los estudios clínicos y apoyar las actividades de mantenimiento y cierre. Dentro de las responsabilidades del rol se incluyen la obtención de autorizaciones regulatorias de estudios clínicos y aprobaciones éticas, la ejecución del presupuesto y el contrato, y las actividades relacionadas con la de los estudios clínicos.

**Esta posición es para ti si**:

- Licenciatura preferiblemente en un campo científico o relacionado con la salud, cinco años de experiência en investigación clínica o experiência relevante preferida
- Comprensión del paradigma general de los estudios clínico y la importancia del inicio eficiente del estudio.
- Experiência previa en supervisión
