**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- ** Requisition Assignment and Support**: Assist Talent Partners and Recruitment Specialists with the administration of Talent Acquisition Systems, job postings, and pre-employment activities.
- ** Metrics and Assessment Administration**: Generate monthly recruitment metrics/SLAs and assist with assessment administration.
- ** Stakeholder Relationships**: Foster strong relationships with Recruitment Specialists and Talent Partners, ensuring seamless process administration.
- ** Content Creation**:Create articles and content for UNA and HiredScore Collaborator tools.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Engage in problem-solving, propose process improvements, and assist in coordinating recruitment efforts to enhance overall efficiency.

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proven experience in recruitment operations or a similar coordinator role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay three steps ahead and anticipate the needs of the team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Workday as well as overseeing dashboard data for multiple countries.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working in a global team environment is preferred.
