La empresa The thyssenkrupp Business Unit Dynamic Components is one of the leading automotive suppliers and development partners for highly complex drive technologies. Around 3,500 employees produce 27 million drive components per year at a total of ten locations in Germany, Liechtenstein, Hungary, China, the USA, Brazil and Mexico. The product range mainly comprises assembled camshafts, valve train systems and rotor shafts for state-of-the-art combustion, hybrid and electric engines. Further products for battery electric vehicles are already at an advanced stage of development. With our manufacturing and automation expertise, we make a significant contribution to reducing emissions for sustainable mobility. **Qué esperamos**: - Ensures compliance with the Production Plan. - Actively participates in the strategies of other areas for the achievement of key KPI's of the operation such as Scrap, Model Changes, Downtime, among others. - Ensures the integral development of the personnel under his/her charge in terms of required skills, training and periodic evaluations. - Participates in the realization of new projects ensuring Plan Control, Traceability and correct production. - Maintains all applicable documentation updated in the production areas. - Contributes to the activities for the improvement of its KPI's - Verifies and controls Inventories in their areas of responsibility. - Performs confirmation of model changes (Four eyes). - Perform advanced transactions in SAP **A quién buscamos**: - High level of leadership, - Proactive, - Flexible to change - Self-motivated and motivator of others - Systemic Thinking, Analytical, Visionary - Ability to work under pressure and on specific deliverables - Ability to build relationships with staff from other areas. - High sense of urgency - Experience in Automotive Industry > 1 year - Working in Tier1 companies > 2 years - HC Management > 10-20 employees - TSU / Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or similar. *** Tus beneficios con nosotros** - The opportunity to contribute to the business success of the Dynamic Components Group and the thyssenkrupp Group in a responsible position - Excellent training and development opportunities within the business unit and the Group as well as various talent programs **Contacto**:
