Control and manage all punch items issued and recorded within the EasyPlant database, during ECA LNG Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities
- Understand and comply with HSE Project plans & rules and ensure safe practices during supervision/execution
- Monitor compliance from all parties with the approved Project Punch Management Procedure
- Monitor the status of the CONTRACTOR Construction Punch List systems within EasyPlant
- Promote / ensure safety within the commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures and permit to work system are implemented by the ECA LNG EPCC Contractor Commissioning Team
- Monitor, track and ensure all Punch list items have been collected by Contractor and designated correctly within the EasyPlant Punch List database.
- Ensure the EasyPlant report issued by Contractor has collected and consolidated all outstanding Punch List items, typically FAT, Pre
- Commissioning, Commissioning through to Hand Over
- Review all Punch List attached to RFC/MC and RFSU Certificates ensuring all items A for RFC/MC and B for RFSU have been closed out and classified correctly
- Follow up priorities for clearance and constantly monitor the Contractor’s Punch Killing Team and Punch List EasyPlant database, along with Commissioning Discipline engineers, CSL and Completion Database Coordinator
- Monitor, follow up the status issued by CTR of material (if any) and/or vendors assistance if required for Punch List clearance
