ABB is seeking a Business Process Manager in the area of Finance and Controlling for the ELDS (electrification distribution solutions) business line who will lead the continuous improvement process within the ELDS Mexico organization with respect to connectivity, cost, quality and productivity within the Finance and Controlling domain to increase customer satisfaction and reduce operating cost. This position is also accountable to raise the level of automation through the use of technology and processes that combine all functions within the organization, to define and enforce consistent processes within the operational organization.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Drives best practice sharing, cross PGU collaboration, and reuse of processes, tools and expert knowledge throughout the business. Continuously assess and understand the operational and commercial requirements of the financial organization to improve operational performance and business processes and provide guidance and direction within groups.
- Innovative change agent driving change including people, process and technology. Develop and present systems strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations for applicable domain to senior leaders across the HUB
- Ensure efficient integration of processes and technologies from both a global and local operational unit perspective.
- Perform requirement gathering, analysis, preparation of blueprint, functional design documents, system configuration, unit, integration testing, development of training materials and conduct training workshops
- Provide strategic and tactical consulting and guidance for SAP COPA implementation to support various ELDS business models in Mexico
- Perform troubleshooting and training to Finance community within controlling modules/areas including but not limited to cost center accounting, product costing, profit center accounting, COPA (profitability analysis)
- Facilitating requirement solicitation workshops with business stakeholders to develop common agreement and understanding on problem definitions and ultimate solution paths.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
- 4 years accredited degree and 8 years of experience within Computer Science related role.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP certifications preferred (such as SAP Financials - Managerial & Financial Accounting, Solution Consultant Financials, Financial Accounting, SAP Certified Application Professional, Financials in SAP.
- Experience with finance and controlling methodologies.
- Experience with NEMA electrical equipment.
- Proven ability to communicate directly with internal customers and other functions. Demonstrated ability to improve business processes; demonstrated ability to drive change and strong oral and written communication skills.
