Proporcionar información financiera, rigor analítico y apoyo en la toma de decisiones, especialmente en la evaluación de proyectos de inversión de alto impacto destinados a reducir costes, mejorar el rendimiento o permitir la automatización.

**RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES**
Incluyen las siguientes, aunque se pueden asignar otras tareas.
- Actuar como socio estratégico del equipo de operaciones, proporcionando una visibilidad clara del rendimiento operativo (productividad, rendimiento, costes) para tomar decisiones diarias y realizar análisis de escenarios.
- Evaluar la rentabilidad y los resultados esperados de las iniciativas de inversión (automatización, nuevas líneas, reubicación, etc.).
- Analizar los costes fijos, variables, estándar y reales para descubrir palancas de optimización.
- Crear y mantener modelos de costes sólidos y detallados por producto y proceso.
- Participar en los ciclos de cierre de fin de mes, elaboración de presupuestos, previsiones y análisis de variaciones.
- Supervisar el inventario, los flujos físicos y la valoración de las existencias.
- Garantizar unos controles internos sólidos y el cumplimiento de las normas corporativas.
- Participar en proyectos de inversión significativos para evaluar (CAPEX), con objetivos medibles de ROI y eficiencia.
- Gestionar y orientar al equipo local de contabilidad de costes (analistas).
- Actuar como agente de cambio, fomentando la disciplina financiera y la alineación operativa. Promover la responsabilidad financiera y los conocimientos financieros entre los directivos de la planta. Explicar claramente las variaciones y formar a los equipos en la lógica de los costes.

**CUALIFICACIONES**
- Experiência en contabilidad de costos (comportamiento de los costos, variaciones, análisis de márgenes, modelización).
- Capacidad para evaluar financieramente proyectos industriales (CAPEX, ROI, periodos de amortización).
- Competencia en ERP de fabricación (SAP, Oracle, etc.) y herramientas avanzadas de Excel/BI.
- Experiência laboral internacional, especialmente en un entorno multicultural o multinacional.

**Requisitos**:

- 5+ años de experiência como líder en el área.
- 2+ años de experiência en industria manufacturera.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Lic. Contabilidad, finanzas o equivalente.
- Contar con visa vigente.
