The Electromechanical Technician working in the automotive manufacturing and industrial automation sectors is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of both electrical and mechanical systems within production plants. This role combines expertise in industrial electricity, mechanics, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of automated production equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, wire, and configure electrical systems for robotic arms, conveyors, and automated machinery.
- Set up motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), industrial PLC systems, and electrical panels.
- Handle high-voltage (e.g., 480V) and low-voltage (e.g., 24/12V) connections.
- Assemble and install mechanical components, including motors, conveyors, and industrial machinery.
- Perform precise alignment, calibration, and adjustments of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Install cable trays, conduits, raceways, transformers, and power supply units.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults to restore production quickly and efficiently.
- Interpret and work from technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all tasks.
- Label and document wiring, components, and systems for future reference and upgrades.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Automation Engineering, or related field, or certification as a technician in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in electromechanical installation and maintenance projects.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, electrical systems, and mechanical assembly.
- Advanced English (C1-C2) for technical communication.
