IT Customer Support Specialist I

Design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the plant's information, communication, and safety systems, observing at all times the specified HSE and ROS requirements in the performance of its activities and aligned to Resideo's policies and standards.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Responsible for the mandatory use of safety equipment specified for the performance of his position, according to HSE requirements.
- Development, installation, configuration and maintenance of the information and communication networks of the production and administration areas of the plant Maintain up to date inventory of IT computer equipment.
- Support in IT projects that lead to improvements in the administrative and production processes of the site.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Engineering in information systems or related career
- 2 years of experience in similar position
- Experience in information systems
- Advanced level of English language proficiency
- Design and analysis of information systems
**WE VALUE**:

- Basic knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology and tools.

- Support projects, manage system or I.T. initiatives and objectives.
- Have skills to communicate with the end customer and review requirements on development projects
- Work closely with all functional departments
- Experience with cyber security and compliance with cyber security requirements
