**Job Title**: Data Scientist

Bhuvi IT Solution is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. We are a leading company with a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making. This is a remote position based in Latin America, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment with exciting opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
**Machine Learning Expertise**: Utilize your extensive experience to develop end-to-end machine learning solutions, with a proven track record of deploying models actively used by business users.

**Technical Proficiency**: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in a wide range of tools and technologies, including Python, PySpark, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, pandas, NumPy, XGBoost, LightGBM, forecasting, Optimization (Ortools/Gurobi), SQL, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook, and Git. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

**Communication Skills**: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the results of complex algorithms to business stakeholders.

**Domain Knowledge**: While not required, an understanding of the Retail & Pricing domain is a valuable asset.

**Data Pipeline Management**: Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for analysis and modeling.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate seamlessly with a global team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and optimization, and proactively suggest innovative solutions.

**Innovation**: Demonstrate a passion for pushing boundaries, exploring new possibilities, and embracing innovation as a way of thinking.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data science and machine learning.
- Proven experience with deploying machine learning models in a business context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
