Attorney

Your tasks

We are looking for an Attorney who can provide effective and timely legal support and advice to internal areas.

The position will be based at San Luis Potosi and will provide support to the three locations at Mexico, including marketing and sales offices and two manufacturing facilities.

Will be responsible for:
Contracts
- Support the NPM and Direct purchasing department in the creation of all kind of agreements (supply, service rendering, purchase and sale, etc).
- Review of NDA review.

Corporate Housekeeping
- Granting and revoking of powers of attorney;
- Execution of shareholders’ meetings;
- Obtention of proxy letters from the shareholders in coordination with Netherlands.
- Keeping the corporate books up to date.
- Issuance of certificates for audit purposes (confirmations from the Secretary of the Board, as well as of ongoing legal proceedings).

Labor Law
- Provide advice on Labor Law topics, specifically on collective matters, providing support to the HR department at both the SLP plant and Santa Fe offices.

General Legal Advice
- To provide effective and timely legal support and advice to internal areas.

**Profile**:

- Bachelors Degree at Law
- Advanced English level
- Manufacturing Experience desirable
- Law firm Background desirable
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in:

- Corporate and Divisional policies and guidelines.
- Legal terminology & processes.
- Labor and law compliance.
- Negotiation Experience.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
