Responsabilidades principales:

- Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes con actitud de servicio.
- Brindar soluciones claras y efectivas a clientes.
- Escuchar con empatía y mantener comunicación asertiva.
- Dar seguimiento a solicitudes y canalizar casos especiales.
- Contribuir a un ambiente laboral colaborativo y enfocado en resultados.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en Call Center o atención a clientes (deseable, no indispensable).
- Gusto por el trato con las personas y vocación de servicio.
- Habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa y resolución de problemas.
- Actitud positiva, adaptabilidad y disposición para aprender.
- Disponibilidad de horario tiempo completo y trabajando de manera presencial
- Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
- Vivir en Tijuana
