**Job Description Summary**: The ITR Services Operations internship offers students the opportunity to work with experienced leaders in the areas of Forecasting, Logistics, Repairs, and Productivity Initiatives. In addition to challenging operational projects, this internship provides the opportunity to develop functional and leadership skills through real-world assignments, professional training, and cross-functional networking.

**Essential Responsibilities**

As an Intern in the ITR Services Operations Team, you will support operations within the Latin America Services organization and work under the guidance of experienced operations leaders.

Assignments may include:

- Supporting forecasting activities for services, parts, and repairs across the Latin America region to ensure accurate and timely planning.
- Collaborating with logistics and repair teams to implement lean initiatives that streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.
- Monitoring and updating changes to planned outage event dates, supporting on-time and productive execution.
- Assisting in the planning phase of events by participating in risk reviews and identifying mitigation strategies.
- Supporting performance improvement initiatives through KPI tracking and analysis, contributing to enhanced team productivity.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, with at least 1 year to graduation (June ’26).
- Availability to work 30 hours per week.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Demonstrated interest in operations, logistics, or continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with data analysis or performance tracking tools.
- Passion for learning and process optimization.

**Work Scheme**:
