**IMPORTANTE EMPRESA DE MANUFACTURA PARA GIRO RETAIL SOLICITA**: **MANAGER SCHEDULING & PLANNING** Requisitos**: - Escolaridad: Licenciatura terminada en negocios, ingeniería o campo similar. - Experiência: más de 5 años de experiência ocupando el puesto de**Manager, Scheduling & Planning**, trabajando en un entorno de fabricación supervisando múltiples funciones de producción simultáneamente. **(Deseable en Manufactura Giro Retail)**: - Deseable certificación en Six Sigma y Lean Manufacturing. - Conocimiento de Excel, Power BI o algún sistema similar para gestionar programaciones y calendarios. - ** Inglés: Avanzado - Indispensable** **Responsabilidades**: - Ayuda al gerente de la planta a establecer objetivos operativos tales como metas de producción, tiempos de entrega, mano de obra directa e indirecta, otros costos fijos y variables; gestiona las operaciones de producción, comunica y delega objetivos y asignaciones relacionados con supervisores subordinados. - Coordinar las operaciones de toda la planta, con la responsabilidad principal designada de la producción. - Garantizar la calidad del producto y alcanzar los objetivos y plazos de producción. - Participa activamente en reuniones y proyectos de planificación estratégica a corto y largo plazo que abordan temas relacionados con la mano de obra, los procesos de fabricación y los requisitos materiales basados en previsiones de demanda de productos, cambios en la productividad, capacidad de los proveedores, tendencias de la industria, medidas de desempeño, metas y resultados, etc. - Ayuda a los equipos de planta e informes directos a mantenerse informados de todas las actividades de producción, control de calidad, seguridad y personal; identifica proactivamente posibles problemas y recomienda acciones para una resolución rápida y eficaz para garantizar la cantidad y la calidad de los productos. - Manténerse al tanto de las tendencias de la industria, los cambios tecnológicos y las "mejores prácticas" y Six Sigma y Lean Manufacturing, identificando proactivamente oportunidades para mejorar la tecnología de producción, los flujos de procesos, los planes operativos y tácticos para mejorar la eficiencia, la calidad del producto y administrar los costos. **Horarios**: - Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 6:00 pm - Zona para laborar: Texcoco, Estado de México **Ofrecemos**: - Sueldo base: $60,000.00 a $70,000.00 pesos mensuales.
