**About the Role**

As a **Senior Consultant - Life Sciences**, you will make an impact by enabling digital transformation through the design and implementation of intelligent, no-code workflow solutions. You will work collaboratively with product owners, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated solutions using the ORO Labs platform.

**In this role, you will**:

- 5+ years of experience as a consultant or business analyst implementing IT solutions in Life Sciences
- 6+ years of experience supporting corporate systems (Legal, Security, Procurement)
- 8 or more years leading business requirements efforts, including process analysis, process mapping, process documentation, process flow design, current state and future state documentation and evaluation.
- Ability to effectively translate business needs into Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps, supporting Agile delivery cycles.
- Configure and enhance ORO Labs components such as dynamic intake forms, workflow logic, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting via Google Looker and integration with Cognizant’s DnA datalake.

**Work Model**

This is a hybrid position open to Mexico applicants.

**What you must have to be considered**:

- Strong business analyst experience in Procurement and Legal domains.
- Familiarity with Ariba and CLMS systems (e.g., Apttus).
- Proficiency in documenting workflows using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Experience working in Agile environments with Azure DevOps.
- Ability to learn and perform IT admin tasks in the ORO Labs platform.
- Experience with Workato or similar integration platforms.
- Proficiency in REST API and OAuth-based integrations.

**These will help you succeed**:

- Prior experience with the ORO Labs platform or similar no-code orchestration tools.
- Understanding of SAP API integration in procurement contexts.
- Exposure to GenAI technologies for intelligent request processing and document automation.
- Familiarity with Google Looker and enterprise reporting practices.
