**Requisitos**:

- Experiência: Más de 5 años como Project Manager.
- Conocimientos Técnicos:

- Estimación y planificación de proyectos.
- Programación (indispensable).
- Trato directo y gestión de relaciones con clientes.
- Deseable: Diagramación de esquemas técnicos de solución y arquitectura.
- Gestión de recursos: Evaluación de disponibilidad y contratación según necesidades del proyecto.

Funciones Principales:

- Gestión de proyectos:

- Escuchar y entender las necesidades del cliente en proyectos nuevos o de mejora.
- Diseñar propuestas comerciales para nuevos proyectos.
- Alinear al equipo de operaciones y de proyectos con el presupuesto asignado.
- Elaborar calendarios de trabajo y planes de acción para los proyectos.
- Comunicar KPIs y resultados a la dirección.
- Medir y gestionar el esfuerzo necesario para las actividades del proyecto.
