Payroll Analyst

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position Summary**:
Supervise and lead payroll processes for all Mexico locations, Serve as payroll system administrator, responsible for the compliance of the fiscal authorities’ requirements and audits for SAT, IMSS and INFONAVIT related to payroll.

**Essential Functions**:

- Lead Mexico Payroll System
- Administrator of the Payroll and Time and Attendance systems.
- Perform oversight role in local administration payroll systems.
- Monthly journal entries for accruals and reversals.
- Payroll analysis and review.
- Reconciliation of General Ledger Payrolls accounts.
- Liaison between HR and Finance for Mexico Operations.
- Support operations and group finance requests for financial data.
- Participate in Financial/Government Audit(s).
- Support Project implementations and Cost Reduction savings programs.
- Support PSA activities and procedures with team members.
- Participate in Physical Inventory.
- As well performs all those activities that by the nature of the position are required.

**Knowledge**:

- General Account
- Mexican Taxes
- Payroll

**Experience**:

- Strong Payroll, taxes and accounting experience with 4+ years experience
- Exposure to SAP or other financial ERP systems preferred.

**Education/Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
