Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career and help build a people-centric function from the ground up?

We are partnering with a **global manufacturing company specialized in precision injection moulding and plastic components** to recruit an **HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (Mid-Level)** for its expanding operations in Mexico.

This is a unique opportunity to join a **leading international organization** with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, serving clients across North America, Europe, and Asia. The role is based **on-site in Escobedo, Nuevo León**, and will play a key part in developing and strengthening the company’s HR function as it grows its Mexican operations.

You’ll combine hands-on HR administration with strategic support to leadership — building processes, policies, and a strong people culture from the ground up.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design and implement HR processes, policies, and documentation aligned with corporate standards.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, on boarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labour regulations and coordinate with payroll/accounting providers.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
- Manage benefits, HR records, and internal reporting.
- Advise management on compensation, structure, and retention strategies.
- Define and monitor HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, hiring timelines) and suggest improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- **3-5 years of HR experience**, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Solid knowledge of **Mexican Labour Law** and HR administration.
- Strategic mind-set with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
- **English level**:B2-C1 (upper intermediate-advanced).**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)**; experience with SAP, Workday, or NOI is a plus.
