**The position**
- As an Associate Product Manager, you will:
Drive the product vision and maintain a prioritised roadmap that aligns with business and customer needs.-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery across Agile teams.-
Analyse disease state, market dynamics, and customer behaviour to inform brand strategy and tactical planning.-
Lead the execution of marketing and brand initiatives by translating strategic goals into actionable programmes.-
Use data and financial insights to track performance, optimise plans, and uncover new opportunities for growth.**Qualifications**-
4+ years of experience in product management or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry.-
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of Data Privacy practices; OneTrust experience is a plus.-
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively at all levels, with full professional English proficiency (written and verbal) essential for success in a global team.-
Strong business acumen, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive innovation.-
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred).**About the department**
