**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a Lead Airport Concierge to join our global family. As a member of the operation team, The Airport Operations Team Leader is a key figure in ensuring a seamless and efficient customer journey at the airport. You need to make quick decisions and always have an eye on the details and the customer experience.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure all services are delivered consistently to all customers.
- Resolve issues immediately whenever possible, and, if not, at least during the span of the customer’s stay in-destination.
- Consistently implement the company One-Best-Ways (OBWs) processes/procedures/systems for all arrival and departure services provided
- Supervise all Airport Operations Executives.
- Ensure all 3rd party suppliers are adhering to Discova SLA
- Meet and exceed KPIs set by Discova.
- Develop a personal development plan for each team member.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**
- Fluent in national local language and English.
- Experience working with airport logistics is an advantage.
- Previous experience in supervision roles is an advantage

High attention to details.

Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks and able to work outside office hours when required.

Solution focused and great at problem solving.

Able to work independently and within a team assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.

Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends, and early mornings and flexible with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.

Willing to travel on business when required.
