- The Quality Systems Analyst 2 coordinate Quality Initiatives designated to ensure outstanding business performance.**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the integrity of the Quality Management Systems and new QMS initiatives
- Works with the different members of the organization for all levels to make sure the improvement are successful implemented
- Corrective and Preventive Action responsible to facilitate problem solving. Provide Training and guidance as required
- Provide QMS platform administrative support as needed (Doc Control, CAPA, Audits, TRB, NCMR etc)
- Validate and support new QMS database within Mexicali Organization
- Validate and support new Core Tools database within Mexicali Organization
- Support and Coordinate the Sustainability Program in Mexicali Site
- Support the implementation of IATF 16949 deployment in Mexicali
- Create and maintain the Audit Program and follow up all audit findings
- Support and Facilitate Customer Audits as needed

**Qualification Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Administrative Science or related fields
- English conversational and written skills.
- Internal Auditor ISO 9001 IATF 16949 is a plus.
- Experience in Core Tools (Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA).
- Experience in RCA (8D, 5 Why's) is a plus

**Preferred Experience**:

- Quality System Management experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001, IATF16949)
- 2 years of Experience in Manufacturing Environment
