**ETQ-SAP Technical Analyst**

**Long Term Contract**

**Fully Remote (only Mexicans)**

**Job Summary**:
The Technical Analyst will lead and manage the implementation of various quality processes within the **ETQ-SAP** environment.

**1. CAPA Process**:
○ Implementation of **CAPA** processes using multiple systems like **Jira**, **ETQ** and **SAP** **Quality** notifications.

○ Administer and maintain the **CAPA** module within the **ETQ** platform.

○ Identify opportunities to enhance the **CAPA** process for efficiency and effectiveness.

○ Provide training and technical support to users on the **ETQ CAPA** module.

○ Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT or **ETQ** support to resolve them.

**2. Deviation process**:
○ Implementation of **Temporary Deviation Order (TDO)** process for automotive components, assemblies, and manufacturing workflows with multi system environments like **SAP, ETQ and PLM** systems.

○ **TDO** implementation and task tracking in Supply chain.

○ Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and internal customers regarding **TDO**-related communication.

○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date **TDO** records for audit readiness and reporting purposes.

○ Develop training materials and best practices for teams involved in the **TDO** process.

**3. PPAP Process**

○ Contribute to developing or enhancing **PPAP** and **quality** processes.

○ Implement lessons learned from previous submissions to optimize future processes.

○ Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of **PPAP**-related activities.

**Qualifications**:
**-Minimum Experience**:
○ 2-5 years in **ETQ Application** implementation

○ 2-5 years in **SAP Quality Module** Configurations, Enhancements

○ Experience with temporary deviation processes or waiver processes.

○ Experience with **NCM** and **CAPA** Processes.

**-Technical Expertise**:
○ Expertise with **SAP Configuration**, Customizing **ETQ** Applications or any **Quality Management** Applications.

○ Implementation of **SAP Quality** notification based **CAPA/NCM** processes.

○ Experience in Interfacing **ETQ** with **SAP** and other Quality systems.

○ Understanding of automotive quality standards.

**-Soft Skills**:
○ Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

○ Self-Motivated Team contributor

○ Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

**-Education**:
○ Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field preferred.

○ **SAP** and **ETQ** certifications will be a plus

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
