Senior Diffusion

The Senior Diffusion & Media Marketing Manager contributes to the creation of the PPG Comex strategy to communicate with different audiences by reaching sales and organizing the different levels of communication: inspiration, entertainment and education. You will lead an excellent-quick and dynamic implementors team, who met the strategic requirements while they maximize budgets and meet timelines by challenging the media planning and influencers marketing by having a vision for performance and qualitative plans. This job is located in Mexico City and reports to the Brand Director. **Key Responsibilities** - Define the diffusion strategy for company, leading media, sponsorships, events and influencer marketing and collaborating with the areas to have a coordinated effort plan in the company. - Define annual diffusion strategy as a response of the business objectives. - Media: you will need to define plans that met the strategy need and indicators: national plans, help build regional plans and develop a hub to help our concessionaires build better plans. - Media Indicators and build a norm for our company (TV, magazines, radio, cinema, and billboards). - Coordinate creativity needs and material development process for each media partner. - Control and monitoring of a media buying budget per event or type of projects. - Define campaigns based on the business strategy requested through the marketing partners. - Sponsorships: Select main sponsorships for the brand that met the business objectives.
