To strengthen our team and development on America's market we are looking for a Sales Assistant in full-time to assist our electronics engineer, the position is based in Mexico.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support our US/MX/BR Sales team in the preparation of PCB quotations
- Check purchase order sent by customer or sales and compare if price match with quotations
- Communicate with internal sales and service office team in China
- Prepare relevant reports
- Preparation of information required for the US team to proceed with the purchase efficiently (lead times, quantities, substitutes, etc.).

**REQUIREMENTS**
- International Business or Sales Administration degree preferred, and a successful experience in the commercial or Sales Administration field
- Previous experience in technical electronic engineering
- Good level of English writing and speaking
- Chinese will be plus
- Knowledge of MS-Office
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Good adaptation skills, you know how to be versatile in carrying out different missions
- Highly organized and meticulous
