The **BI Analyst** is responsible for supporting the team to build, update and optimize our business intelligence reports and solve for a variety of shared services and consulting practice requirements. Create and update business intelligence reports, gain a detailed understanding of various data models for internal business units (finance, strategy, talent etc.), work with multiple data sources emerging from a cloud platform, and contribute to an enterprise data catalog.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Evaluate business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that reporting solutions meet business requirements.
- Suggest the data visualization team in building required KPI’s and visualization.
- Ability to create excel or power bi reports as needed.
- Respond to requests for new report requirements of varying scope and complexity.
- Make modifications to existing reports to accommodate new measures, facts, or dimensions, and with appropriate measures and calculations.
- Connect to multiple data sources and certified data sets to build business intelligence reports
- Develop and present prototypes and visualizations using business intelligence tools to represent specific business solution that provide value to the business.
- Ensure the integrity and best practices for the business intelligence reports.
- Identify areas of improvement in the current systems
- Learn and work with multiple business intelligence platforms
- Partner with other ICT teams and incorporate changes to the current systems (e.g., legal and cybersecurity reviews, user experience updates, API Integrations etc.)
- Partner and collaborate with other ICT analysts on best practices and industry trends.
- Provide status updates during team meetings, work closely with other team members.
- Monitor deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate the deployment of solutions to end users.
- Update team level and external documentation.
- Learn new technologies and stay current on changing functionality and quickly adapt to the technology changes.
- Follow the current process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

**SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 100% Bilingual English-Spanish
- Experience on statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
- 3+ years in data analytics and SQL
- 3+ years of experience building Power BI reports including data import, transformations, mapping.
- 3+ years of experience in working with Big Data Technologies (Azure Data Explorer / Cosmos preferable)
- 3+ years of experience in Data Concepts of (Constrains, keys, Indexes, partitions Etc.).
- 3+ years of Python Programming.
- Ability to analyze, model and interpret data.
- Familiarity with programming languages API
