Business Development Representative

Are you passionate about opening doors, engaging with people, and generating real business opportunities? We are looking for a natural appointment setter to identify new opportunities, connect with high-level decision-makers, and schedule strategic meetings for our closing teams. If you have experience in sales, are confident using digital tools, and know how to turn a call into a valuable meeting, this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively identify business opportunities in the U.S. and Latin America.
- Schedule a minimum number of qualified meetings with decision-makers each month.
- Use CRM (Teramain) to manage prospects and track progress.
- Conduct introductory product presentations and schedule demos.
- Support the Sales Director in preparing for commercial closings.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects until the meeting is confirmed.
- Follow up effectively with active leads and re-engage inactive ones.
- Utilize digital tools for research, automation, and productivity.
- Work results-oriented in a fully remote environment.
- Report progress and key metrics independently on a weekly basis.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **
Proficiency in English** (as a second language).
- **
2-3 years of sales experience** (required); B2B or software sales is a plus.- Self-confidence, strong motivation, and high commitment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to adapt to daily change and new situations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
**What We Offer**:

Net base salary of $20,000 MXN per month**
- **
Bonus of $6,000 MXN per month upon achieving targets**

Recurring sales commissions**:

5% during the first year**
