**Requirements**:

- Level Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or Information Security, or in a related field.
- Experiencie: 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
- English level: Advanced.
- Knowledge in CRM, ITSM, ITSEC, ITIL, Office 365.

**General Objetive**:

- Provide presentation and technical support to a solutions process and product demonstration sessions, with preparation and related information provided by the sales team commercial.

**Key responsabilities**:

- Responds to technical queries through RFIs (Request for Information) and supports the response of RFPs (Request for Proposal) that are addressed to Implementation Services.
- Provides support in answering questions asked in RFPs towards Implementation Services, through support cases.
- Provides product demonstration sessions, with preparation and related information provided by the Commercial team, in order to collaborate with Commercial in the Why Analysis, if their assistance is required.
- Installs / configures proofs of concept of the tools, depending on the product and the need, this can be in our instances or in the client's trial instances.
- Audits compliance of Presales procedures and raises red flags when the Commercial Team requests are in some way unsuitable for an effective Presales activity (session, PoC, among others).
- Comply with and encourage compliance with rules and procedures established in the organization.
