**About Sozu**:

**Activities**:

- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to obtain and understand business requirements.
- Participating in design review sessions with project teams, gaining consensus and approving designs and documentation.
- Support other designers for usability tests.
- UX Research - Rapidly Design Deliverables
- Prototyping, sketching, working side-by-side with the local team (Guadalajara) and the developers.

**Requirements**:

- Hand on experience with Mobile and Web designing
- Prototyping and presenting demos
- Proficient in UX standards and tools - Sketch, Figma, InVision and Adobe Suite.
- 4+ years of experience in web UI design.
- 2+ years of UI/UX experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as per the continuous communication with our clients and teams.
- A good understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from a design perspective
- Knowledge of browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices.
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility concepts.
