AECOm has position available for Document Control Specialist I based out of Manzanillo.

The responsabilities include but are not limited to:

- Implementation of the document control system for engineering and construction management projects.
- Management of project document deliveries, interaction with internal and external clients.
- Document control, generation and updating of databases, record of document distribution, safeguarding and enabling consultation systems according to company policies.
- Works under direct supervision on routine tasks according to established procedures.
- Works with other team members and/or end users to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Contributes effectively to team objectives.
- Participates in the development of basic solutions.
- Coordinates with Project Managers and IT/Records Management on appropriate protection methods for project records and makes recommendations on media, rotation, procedures, etc.
- Understands project needs and determines appropriate resources for projects.
- Evaluate external tools and resources.
- Prepares statistical reports on project use and efficiency.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Analyzes and selects information services.
- Answers correspondence on special reference topics.
- Select and order new resource materials.
- They may be appointed according to specialized functions.

**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements:

- + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

**Experience**:

- Using document control tools - Dropbox, Project Wise, Share Point, etc.
- Profile Description: Experience in Document Control in similar companies

Preferences:

- Years of Experience: + 2 years (preferably 4 years)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture or similar (degree).
- Language: English required (reading and writing)
