About The Role

For an important Maritime Company, we are currently looking for a Business Developer Manager, if you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

**To be successful in this Role, you need**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager.

Experience in maritime services, offshore projects, and supply vessels.

Proven sales experience in Maritime industry.

Understanding of international shipping, sea freight, and freight forwarding

Experience with MS Office and CRM software.

Strong leadership presence and the ability to quickly establish and build credibility and relationships, externally as well as internally.

Strong commitment to ethical business practices, in full accordance with relevant corporate policies.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

**Scope of work includes but is not limited to**:
Drive sales growth in the assigned territory by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of the sales cycle.

Manage customer implementation and maintain strong client relationships.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and new prospects.

Promoting and expanding the company’s commercial activity to generate revenues that lead to sustainable growth.

Represent the company at trade events and strategic sales meetings.

Provide regular management reports on defined KPIs for business development and customer relationship management.

**Mandatory Skills**:
English level proficient

Availability to travel.
