**Purchasing Specialist**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Issue purchase orders in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that meet customer requirements for timeliness and quality.
- Organize and maintain the sourcing board database to ensure accessibility and accuracy of information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow.
- **Manage and participate in special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.**
- **Support additional tasks such as preparing reports, tracking key metrics, and assisting with documentation and process improvements.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines.
