Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the execution of impactful marketing campaigns and projects. In this role, you will assist with campaign coordination, performance tracking, and CRM management, contributing to the achievement of business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support the implementation of product marketing campaignd, while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and do the execution of marketing campaigns to support business objectives, working under the guidance of senior team members and collaborating with sales, product, and communication teams.
- Project Support: Support the coordination of marketing projects by helping to track deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with the annual plan and strategic priorities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), providing initial analyses and sharing insights with the team to help optimize campaigns and strategies.
- CRM Assistance: Support CRM workflows by maintaining accurate lead records and assisting in the implementation of strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Product Marketing Support: Assist in implementing product strategies, including pricing and positioning, under the guidance of the product team.
- Team Collaboration: Provide support in interdepartmental communication, ensuring smooth coordination and helping to maintain alignment across teams.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication Science.

Work Experience Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or market analysis.

Languages:
Spanish 100%
