Internal Flows:
Contribute to the design, implementation and improvement of:

- Receiving, flat storage, line feeding, picking, warehouse and shipping activities
- Packaging and labeling
- Shop floor scheduling and Visual re-Order

External flows:
Contribute to the design, implementation and improvement of:

- Transportation, warehousing and external logistic service activities
- Custom and duties process
- Upstream and downstream transportation timetables
- Contribute to the transportation and external logistic service activities budget and cost reduction plan and follow-up.
- Troubleshoot problems and implement counter-measures and solutions to maintain the continuity of the production flows.
- Ensure traking of customer packaging flows, through the accounts of GM(Covisint), VW ( Lison) Ford (GPP), Nissaan (CLC),Chrysler (FCA), Orbis.

Contribute to the design, implementation and improvement of the internal flows:

- Analyze material flows and scheduling processes to accelerate the physical flows.
- Daily review of customer packaging flows in their systems GM(Covisint), VW(Lison) Ford(GPP), Nissan (CLC),Chrysler (FCA), Orbis.
- Support the design, development, and/or improvement of tools, equipments, packaging, and/or flow organization for an asigned area
- Provide technical support for specific plant operations (Layout, new project, value stream analysis...).
- Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to maintain the continuity of the production flow.
- Design flow processes within schedules and budget parameters.
- Monitor and debug new methods and procedures.
- Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System and Valeo 5000.
- Actively participate in and support the implementation of the Valeo Production System (VPS).
