**Requisitos**:
Experiência comprobable en el puesto mínima de 2 años.
Control de estándares
Dominio del idioma Inglés en un nível avanzado.
Servicio de Calidad
Principales Actividades:
- Solución y seguimientos de quejas, ser principal responsable del seguimiento en caso de recibirlas, y encaminarlas a la persona responsable del área.
- Informar a los demás agentes de guest service la información del día o pendientes a realizar vía bitácora y en los briefings diarios.
- Ayuda a levantar los reportes de seguridad en caso de robo o extravió en cualquier área del hotel, así como seguimiento del mismo.
