This role provides advice/expertise regarding business requests, ensures operations for IT services and solutions for your own region including integration, own area functions and business processes. Influences own organizational unit.

Responsible for building and running IT servicesAnalyzing IT system incidents and problems, inefficiencies and weaknesses.Training staff to use the new IT systemBusiness partnering for key users & process teamsContribution to incident management and problem managementProcess management and governance for IT Service OperationsManagement of incidents, problems, access, events and request fulfillmentAccount for and streamline operational services across business processes by driving continuous improvement (integration)Monitor external partners at operational levelResponsible for crisis copingService Level Fulfillment (operated by design)Contribute to establishing a high-performance IT organization

**Functional knowledge**: Professional in Integration Services (- Seeburger BIS, - CBS world cloud, - SAP grc, nfe, - ATEB COFIDI, - Future 3), - SAP PI/PO, - SAP iDoc Interface - technical intefaces (TRfc, AS2, OFTP2, ENX, Http/Https, S-FTP, SOAP, Rest, JSON, VAN, P2P), - SAP LE, - SAP SD, - SAP FI ).Basic in Office productivity Software ( -MS Office / O365 Suite : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook), Asset & License Management Metrics, Infrastructure Systems (Endpoint Management, Network & Communication, Server, Storage & Cloud computing, Identity, Management, Collaboration Solutions).

**Business process knowledge**:
Professional in EDI supported processes (- Integration processes, - EDI guidelines/concepts) Basic in sourcing processes (-NPM /direct material, -SRM processes, -Supplier RFQ, - Supplier Management, -Order fulfillment); production processes (-daily scheduling of production, - material resource planning (MRP), - machine/prod. Maintenance); logistics processes (-handling unit, -operational logistics, - customs, - complaint management logistics, - in-/outbound logistics, - warehouse logistics, - packaging/delivery)
- Basic Automotive process (Just in time/Just in Sequence, Supply Chain, Delivery Order, Advanced Shipping, Invoicing)
**Functional knowledge**: Professional in ERP Systems (- SAP ABAP, - C#, - JAVA, Perl, - SQL Script, - API, - Structured Data Formats (VDA 49xx, Edifact, ANSI X.12), - Unstructured Data Formats (XML, CSV) Basic in Infrastructure Systems (Endpoint Management, Network & Communication, Server, Storage & Cloud computing, Identity Management, Collaboration Solutions), Office productivity Software ( -MS Office / O365 Suite : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook), Asset & License Management Metrics (- Microsoft, SAP, HFM, PDM Systems)Advanced level of English.
