**Basic qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with at least 4 years in a senior role.

**Leadership Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of 5 developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Establish and maintain development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.

**Front-End Proficiency**:

- Ensure that all front-end code adheres to the highest standards, including code reviews, testing, and maintaining consistent coding practices across the team.
- Take ownership of front-end development from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and updates.

**Back-End Proficiency**:

- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot, including RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of API integration and third-party services.

**General Skills**:

- Proficiency with version control systems like Git
- Strong ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and promoting best practices.
- Best Practices in Software Design Patterns/Architectures.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
