**Position**:
Import Analyst
Arrow Electronics is looking for an Import Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara This is an entry-level position that will handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the Transportation team.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Coordinate Import/Export activities within transportation operations
- Ensure compliance with Import/Export laws and regulations
- Clearance process
- Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely Customs
- Daily reports on the operation
- Transportation coordination
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Typically requires 6 months to 1 year of work experience, preferably in an administrative/office setting
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Experience with transportation and/or import/export operations preferred
- Annex 24 (Inventory control), Annex 22 (Pedimentos)
- IMMEX Operations
- Data capture experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little or no guidance

$11,775.00 - $15,400.00 MXN Monthly
