**Job Title: Remote Staff Accountant (100% Work From Home)**
**Location**: Remote from Latin America
**Position Type**: Full-time
**Salary**:$1,920 USD/monthly**
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 8-4 or 9-5 (flexible) Eastern time

This role involves conducting financial audits, preparing tax returns, and providing outsourced accounting services tailored to their nonprofit clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough audits of nonprofit organizations, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for nonprofit clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide outsourced accounting services, including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll management.
- Collaborate with nonprofit leaders to provide strategic financial insights and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with nonprofit accounting practices, tax law changes, and financial regulations
**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, with a strong preference for experience in public accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Experience in US based companies
- CPA designation would be preferred
Excellent English level both written and spoken
- Must speak Spanish
