Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an AI Platforms Architect located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Information Technology, the AI Platforms Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing artificial intelligence platforms that support the organization’s needs. This professional will work with various teams to ensure that AI solutions are effectively integrated and meet quality and scalability standards.

What a typical day looks like:

- Design AI architectures that include machine learning and deep learning processes, as well as the use of pretrained models.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation across different areas of the organization.
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies that enhance the capability of AI platforms.
- Ensure optimal data handling practices, including data storage, preprocessing, and data security.
- Develop and manage the strategy for integrating AI with other existing systems and platforms.
- Monitor the performance of AI models, conduct testing, and adjust configurations to improve effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and best practices for the development of AI solutions.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS in engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in AI architectures and machine learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
- Availability to travel.
