As a modular home manufacturer, we specialize in creating customizable housing. from design to construction,

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee all operations and production ensuring that deadlines are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety regulations are adhered to Leadership**:Demonstrate hands-on management** and proactive leadership.

**Lead an operation from start to end, from 20 to 200 hundred.**
- Develop and implement strategies for **improving operational efficiency and productivity **, Lead Lean, implementation of projects, green or black belt
- Monitor and manage the plant's budget and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Production goals: Develop strategies to meet production goals while reducing costs
- Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for workers
- Quality: Ensure each home meets the highest standards of quality
- Establishing operational standards for production, cost control, waste reduction, quality control, schedule adherence, delivery coordination, and safety
- Recommending and implementing strategic changes in processes and home-building techniques

Experiência y requisitos

**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Construction, Architecture or similar.
- ** English fluid**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a management role in a **prefabricated construction** or **ANY OTHER MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY**:

- Knowledge or understanding of prefabricated/modular home construction processes or techniques.
- Experience with budgeting and resources management.
- ** ERP management system/SAP, NETSUIT ORACLE**:

- experience in building operations from 20 to 200 hundred employees.
- ** Lean implementation of projects green or black belt in the last 5 years.**:

- Experience in any fabrication, metal, mix of electromechanical, finishing, painting, sanding processes, furniture,
