**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage advanced manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Identify and integrate advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, additive manufacturing).
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Support equipment selection, installation, and validation.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for production challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing or related engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software, ERP systems, and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA)
