Join our GBS as SCH LA Finance Analyst and play a key role in financial analysis and reports for management and execute activities of the assigned financial & administrative processes to provide high quality services to internal clients.
We are looking for a motivated Finance Professional who will provide analytical support, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to process excellence within our GBS environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and a proactive mindset to deliver value to our stakeholders.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Analytical & Detail Orientation**: you will track the factory expense and cost entries that hit the plant cost centers, recording accruals or manual journals entries if necessary. Compare those numbers vs the budget and vs the last strategic outlook. Deliverable the manufacturing final plant. Upload finance tools and validate the numbers between the systems.
**Process Discipline & Accuracy**: Perform the Cost Close every month with the final number confirmed by the accounting team and the check of the Plant Finance.
**Intercompany Collaboration**: Consolidate Plant Analysis and Perform the process to calculate the standard cost in SAP during budget rounds.
**System & Technical Expertise**: Experience using SAP and finance tools to perform standard cost calculations, consolidate analysis, and support compliance with corporate policies..
**Financial Insight & Variance Explanation**: Strength in analyzing non-OML movements, identifying key cost drivers, and communicating results to stakeholders
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field.
strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Desirable knowledge of SAP and other financial planning systems. (BPC, Anaplan, CPT).
**English**: Intermediate/Advance
Must have strong analytical and communication skills and be detail oriented.
