Como **DevOps Engineer en Zenta Group**, serás clave en la optimización y automatización de la infraestructura, asegurando que los servicios sean **escalables, confiables y resilientes**. Trabajarás en el diseño e implementación de **soluciones de automatización, monitoreo y optimización de infraestructura**, aplicando **prácticas DevOps y Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)** para minimizar interrupciones y mejorar la entrega de software.

**RequisitosExperiência Profesional**:

- **3 a 5 años** en roles relacionados con **DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), administración de sistemas o ingeniería de software**.
- Experiência previa en **ingeniería de soporte, infraestructura en la nube o automatización** es altamente valorada.

**Conocimientos Técnicos**:

- **Lenguajes de programación y scripting**: Python, Go, Java, Bash.
- **Cloud & Infraestructura como Código (IaC)**: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Terraform, Ansible.
- **Monitoreo & Observabilidad**: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Nagios.
- **Contenedores & Orquestación**: Docker, Kubernetes.
- **CI/CD & Automatización**: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD.
- **Seguridad & Gestión de Configuración**: Helm, Vault, Istio, Service Mesh.

**Lo que Harás**
- **Diseñar e implementar soluciones** para mejorar la **resiliencia y confiabilidad** de los sistemas.
- **Automatizar tareas operativas repetitivas**, optimizando la gestión de infraestructura y despliegues.
- **Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo** para garantizar la estabilidad de las aplicaciones en producción.
- **Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento** de los sistemas, identificando cuellos de botella y mejorando tiempos de respuesta.
- **Gestionar incidentes críticos**, reduciendo el **MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery)** y mejorando la capacidad de respuesta ante fallos.
- **Implementar observabilidad** para detectar problemas antes de que impacten a los usuarios.
- **Optimizar pipelines de CI/CD**, asegurando despliegues rápidos y seguros.

**Quién Eres**
- Tienes **experiência en DevOps y/o SRE** en entornos críticos y de alta disponibilidad.
- Cuentas con habilidades en **infraestructura como código (IaC) y automatización de procesos**.
- Posees conocimientos avanzados en **monitoreo y observabilidad** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Eres un solucionador de problemas con **mentalidad proactiva e innovadora**.
- Te apasiona la **mejora continua y la implementación de arquitecturas resilientes**.
