- Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience with L2/L3 support.
- Experience working on Agile projects.
- Lateral thinking.
- Skills in customer service.
- Advanced English.
- 1 or 2 years of experience working with support tools Service Now nice to have (tickets, dashboards, etc.)
- Responsibilities:

- Cover a typical shift from 8 AM to 5 PM during standard weekdays.
- Communicate and explain your tests and their results to technical and non-technical people.
- Quickly learn new systems and their tech stack.
