**Position Overview**

Maintain efficient communication with our customers to resolve any issues with their orders during the manufacturing process. This ensures quality service.

**What you'll do**
- Collect information from service departments to recognize the status** **of orders.
- Respond to customer requests within the established response time.
- Process special customer requests (accelerations, changes, updates, routing, stock controls and holds).
- Assist production staff in translating special order instructions.
- Coordinate shipping method with the logistics department for special orders.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue orders and ensure their closure.
- Approve or deny shipments according to stock availability and the workload of the production department.
- Update the system with the status of the latest orders.
- Coordinate and resolve order entry problems with the customer service and service departments.

**Who you are**
- Experience one year in a similar position.
- Bilingual English Spanish 80%
- High school/university degree.
- Advanced office domain.
