Customer Crisis Window Person

Your tasks
- Coordination of all activities related to gathering supply chain information to feed the crisis room due to global shortage of semiconductors. (Raw material & Finished good coverages, materials impacting supply, etc).
- Interact with the Material Shortage Management Tools (CRIPALI, PAF, PAP).
- Key Contact to serve as a link between Key Account Management, Business Areas and Plants affected.
- Conduct plausibility check of Business Areas comments and align status in meetings.
- Consolidate customer related Business Areas' information into customer status report.
- Provide Key Account Management with final customer status.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor´s Degree on International Business, Administration, Industrial engineering or similar;
- 3 years’ experience on supply chain (material procurement and/or customer service);
- General knowledge on customer portals, mainly Stellantis;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English 85%);
- Public presentation skills;
- Ability to interact to customers representatives;
- Analysis skills;
- Ability to interpret and come to conclusions and corrective actions;
- Ability to handle stress.
- Knowledge in MS Office;
- SAP Business Warehouse.
