**We are searching the best talent for Patient Program Analyst to be in Mexico City**
**Purpose**:Coordinate the different programs (PSP, PAP, DSP) that focus on patient interaction and benefit, identifying patient needs and developing program initiatives and tools in collaboration with the CVTs and Patient Solutions CoE.
**You will be responsible for**:
**Generation of new strategies for PSP/DSP/PAP improvement**:
- Co-Creation, approval, and implementation of PSP/DSP/PAP strategy.
- Participate in strategic discussions with CVTs for alignment and discussion on possibilities and limitations of PSP and DSP related actions.
- Continuous improvement of programs adapting to patients' needs considering internal policies, HCCs, and BQ.
- Facilitate interaction, create forums, and support the different product managers to capture the essence of the benchmark to bring agility to local implementation.
- Drive process improvements and incorporate best practices across programs, tasks, and functions in the Patient Programs teams at the group level.
**Develop deep patient insights to maximize care delivery**:
- Drive escalation and represent the presenting team at governance meetings.
- Ensure the team can quantify and qualify the value of the patient experience.
- Accompany the field team to understand physician and patient need for the implementation of new strategies.
- Ensure proper execution and fulfillment of resource allocation.
**Identify patient needs and develop support program initiatives and tools together with local teams**:
- Create governance with TAs to act as a bridge between the region, local, and TAs.
- Provide an external perspective to the country on how to improve patient experience and value delivered through the Janssen DSP and PSP/PAP programs.
- Support the evaluation of opportunities in the creation of new services.
- The PS leader has access to patient data for monitoring and auditing DSP/PSP/PAP vendor services and is not able to update it, delete it, extract it, copy it, or any other action.
- Responsible for designating the employees who should have access to patient data to assess, monitor, and audit PSP/PAP vendor services. Ensure that access to patient data should cease when: the employee’s job description no longer includes the activities of assessing, monitoring, and auditing PSP/PAP.
