As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic **Sales Trainer** to lead the development of our sales teams. This role is critical to ensuring our sales force is well-prepared, motivated, and equipped to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

**Role Overview**

The **Sales Trainer** at Lyte X will be responsible for training and onboarding large groups of 20-30 new hires every two weeks, delivering comprehensive sales training programs, and fostering a culture of excellence. You’ll design, implement, and refine training strategies to ensure our team is confident and ready to represent Lyte X effectively.

**Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Onboarding**
- Lead intensive **sales onboarding sessions** for groups of 20-30 hires every two weeks, ensuring they are prepared to excel in their roles.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that cover sales techniques, product knowledge, company culture, and compliance.
- Facilitate engaging, interactive workshops, role-playing exercises, and hands-on training sessions.
- Ensure that all new hires complete onboarding with a deep understanding of Lyte X’s sales process, tools, and expectations.

**Program Development**
- Design, update, and improve training materials, presentations, and manuals to align with industry best practices and company goals.
- Create structured training schedules and timelines for each onboarding cycle.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.

**Sales Coaching & Support**
- Provide ongoing coaching to sales teams, identifying areas for improvement and delivering targeted training sessions.
- Partner with sales managers to align training goals with overall team performance objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins with trainees post-onboarding to reinforce key concepts and address challenges.

**Performance Tracking**
- Monitor the progress and performance of new hires during and after training.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, skill gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Report training outcomes and provide actionable insights to leadership.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with HR, sales managers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of onboarding and training.
- Act as a liaison between new hires and management to address questions, concerns, and feedback during the onboarding process.

**Qualifications**

We’re looking for someone who is:

- **Experienced**: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or a related field, preferably in a high-volume or renewable energy environment.
- **Engaging**: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate large groups.
- **Organized**: Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding cycles, track progress, and deliver results on time.
- **Adaptable**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for continuous improvement.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using sales enablement tools, CRM software, and virtual training platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- **Results-Driven**: Strong analytical skills and a focus on measurable outcomes.
