- Fluent in English and Spanish with verbal and writing skills (Business level).
- Self-directed professional with at least 5 years of experience.
- Prior experience with the use of a human resources software.
- Computer skills
**Tasks**:
- Coordinate daily operations of employees, ensuring organizational excellence in all departments.
- Help management implement organizational objectives, strategies, policies, and tactics.
- Valuating, building, and leading the department managers.
- Continuous communication with customers and directing them towards the same objectives.
- Provide coordination, and oversight of customer service protocols.
- Developing and documenting standard operating procedures.
- Ongoing CRM technology maintenance, training, and database management
Compensations:
- Base salary
- Law benefits
- Schedule Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
- Work zone (Puerto Vallarta - Plaza Marina)
