Descripción y detalle de las actividades - Coordinate Maintenance direct reports. -Plan and execute preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment. -Monitor AIMS system to properly manage planned and executed maintenance. -Ensure facility maintenance is provided adequately and in a timely manner. -Identify corrective maintenance in a timely manner. -Coordinate projects related to extensions, modifications, service installation, equipment and machinery. -Maintain a close relation with the industrial park where the plants are located.< -Outsource maintenance services. -Manage budget and purchases of spare parts and required tools. -Generate requisitions for third party services in a timely manner. -Validate consumption of external services to ensure that they are consistent with the request. -Monitor third party performance. -Participate with the industrial park supervision team to demand guarantees and claims. -Process building permits that are required upon government agencies.
